What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows items to be returned 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding!
Is your sea glass man-made?
No! Our sea glass is all locally sourced here in Maine. Each piece is a natural treasure, crafted by the ocean and not man-made.
What is the proper way to unclasp my magnetic bracelets?
Flatware bracelets feature a strong magnetic clasp designed for secure wear. To ensure your bracelet stays intact and undamaged, always unclasp it properly by holding the magnetic clasp with both hands and gently pulling apart. Alternatively, you can use your fingernail to separate the magnet. Remember, never pull the bracelet from the sides, as this can cause the rings to separate and damage your piece. Jewelry by A.H. is not responsible for any lost or damaged item.
